1. What type of plumbing services do you offer?

We offer a full range of residential and commercial plumbing services, including:

2. Do you offer emergency plumbing services?

Yes! We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing services for urgent issues like burst pipelines, severe clogs, and other leakage that requires immediate attention. But please do not call us early in the morning asking how to turn on a faucet because that’s not an emergency and such service is not in our pipeline and it is quite draining (no pun intended).

Please do not use our inquiry form for urgent matter, You will not get an instant reply because it goes through our email and it will take some time to reach us (so to speak).


 

3. Are you a licensed plumbing company?

Yes. We are an HDB and PUB licensed company, With BCA trained and certified (with Bizsafe 3) to ensure professional and safe service.


 

4. How much do your plumbing services cost?

Costs may vary depending on the complexity of the job and the location. We will first inform you our indicative price but we will offer an upfront quotation after an inspection. If there is any follow up required, We will inform you beforehand. We never incur any other hidden fees. We will only proceed once an agreement has been reached between our client and us. 5. How quickly can you reach my place?

For emergency services, With our best effort basis, We aim to reach within your doorstep within 1 to 3 hours time (depending on traffic and your location). For non-urgent work, We will work out a scheduled timing with you.

  • Quick gush on pipeline leakage from the Mains
  • Unusually high and fast reading of PUB tariff meter gauge
  • Unable to turn of the Mains valve

 

6. What should I do in case of a plumbing emergency?

  • If you are not able to turn off the faucet or if its still leaking, It is advised to Turn off the main water supply, Which is usually located outside the premise. This will prevent from further water wastage (hence will incur heavy water bills) or turn your house/office/factory into a swimming pool.

  • Avoid using any faulty plumbing fixtures. It will cause more problems.

  • Call us immediately for emergency service. 


 

7. Do you install new plumbing fixtures or just repair the existing ones?

We do both! Whether you need any replacement or fixing a new faucet, sink, toilet, or water heater or anything related to plumbing services, We are here to cater you with the installation, Repair work or replacement. We will inform you if the parts are beyond repair or if the repair cost exceeds replacement cost. The only thing we cannot fix is a broken heart.


 

8. How can I prevent plumbing problems in the future?

  • Avoid pouring grease or food down the drainage hole. This is to avoid accumulative blockages. Trust us on this, If it chokes, It will smell terrible and it will look really bad.

  • Use drain strainers to prevent any articles from clogging down the drainage pipe.

  • Don’t attempt to use your bare hands to clear any drainage blockage, You will never know what’s in there and we will not be held responsible if your hands get stuck into the drainage pipe or if something bites you. You have been warned.

  • Don’t flush anything weird down the toilet, Other than toilet paper and whatever you may have released earlier (We won’t go into much detail on that)

  • Schedule a routine maintenance inspections. This will reduce long term maintenance cost.


 

9. Do you provide plumbing service outside the Main Land Of Singapore? Such As Pulau Ubin for example?

Our Plumbers are trained to do plumbing work but we are not trained and certified to swim really far. As we are aware of right now, All our vehicles are non amphibious but as long your premise is within the Singapore waters and there’s some sort of sea transportation to reach your place, We’ll be there. (Please note that there will be additional charges).
